This site is a presentation of our two hotels. It has no booking engine, no accounts and no contact form, so there is very little to say — but here it is in full.
No cookies
This website sets no cookies at all. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking scripts, no social media widgets, nothing loaded from other companies' servers. Nothing is stored on your device, which is why there is no cookie banner to click away.
What is recorded when you visit
Our web server keeps standard access logs: your IP address, the time, and which page was requested. That is the only personal data this site produces. It exists so the site can be kept running and protected from attacks — the legal basis is legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
These logs are held briefly by our hosting provider, Váš Hosting s.r.o., on servers in the Czech Republic, and then deleted. They are not used for marketing, not sold, and never leave the EU.
If you email us
We keep your message for as long as it takes to deal with it, and no longer.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Prague Season s.r.o., IČO 10892371, registered office Legerova 1853/24, Nové Město, 120 00 Praha 2. Registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 350270.
Write to info@praguecollection.com with any question about personal data. This notice covers this website only — each hotel handles its own bookings and publishes its own privacy notice.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive it in a portable form. Email us and we will reply within one month.
In practice there is little to hand over: a line in a server log cannot be matched to a named person without further information, and Article 11 GDPR does not require us to collect extra data purely to identify you.
